Home-made Kiwi Jam
What to do with sour kiwis? Aha, try to make it into jam...unique and simple. 6 kiwi, peeled and puree. Transfer into a pot with sugar of 240 g. Melt and keep stiring until the content reduced. On the other hand, prepare some lemon juice from 1/2 lemon (remove the seeds). Bring another pot to boil with 2 glass bottles including the caps. Dish up and leave to dry completely otherwise blow it with a hair-dryer. When the jam is almost ready, pour in the lemon juice and stir briefly. Off fire and leave to cool before bottling. Turn the bottle upside down to release the air to the top. And turn it back, label and store in a cool dry place.
