Summer foodies
Weather had been good and i decided to make some naans. This time i tried nature. Simply just flour, yeast, water and yohurt (soya). Recipe can be found at http://mummyrecipes.blogspot.fr/2015/05/naan-stuffed-with-potato.html
The potatoes i save it for this recipe : Paratha samosa. Another great attempt, the skin was good and flaky. The only missed was that the samosa not flat enough. After cooking the potatoes, it needs to be lightly mashed. So that after wrapping up it can be easily rolled over with the rolling pin. For recipe check out this : http://www.manjulaskitchen.com/2015/07/06/paratha-samosa/
Next the 2 gravy to go with the naans. I have chosen cauliflower (to clear the stock in the fridge) and spinach tomato. Both recipe can also been found at http://www.manjulaskitchen.com/2014/05/21/cauliflower-yogurt-gravy/
I used what i have for the ingredients. Omitted some of the spices which i couldn't get. The gravy was kind of soaked up but overall very yummy still.
As for the Spinach tomato gravy http://www.manjulaskitchen.com/2009/07/07/chole-palak-chickpeas-with-spinach/
I did not put chickpea instead i replaced it with some balance mushrooms.
Next, just wanted to eat some greens. Prepared some rocket salad - i had some walnut oil and salt to taste, sprinkled some chia seeds, hemps seeds, grilled sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds and some goji berries. VoilĂ .
