Okara pancakes

Ever wonder what to do with the residue after pressing out the soya milk? I remembered those days i used to discard it until recent times, i found it so wasteful. So i searched internet for the recipes, and came to realise that it is the best treasure! This time again, i have make some improve on the pancakes. It tasted so yum !
For this recipe, i added 2 tsp of plain flour, some water to moisten the okara, some oil to bind them together. Salt to taste, a dash of curry powder, cumin and nutmeg powder. Cut chips of roasted seaweed and mix them altogether.
Heat a pan with some oil, mould the okara into any shapes of your choice and slide onto the pan. Turn over and pan fried the other side, till all turn brown. Dish up and place on the kitchen towel to absorb access oil. Serve warm. The outer layer is cripsy while inside is soft.
